Oil change and tire change went great. However it was recommended to me to change a cabin filter when I had changed it less than 200 miles ago. It made me question the other $800 in service that was recommended to me.
My salesperson, Steve, was very helpful and patient in working with me over several days to find the right truck. I never felt rushed or pressured at the dealership. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had, and I have purchased several new cars in my life.
No hand sanitizer on work desks, or stations. I had to use the dealership pen, No Dani wipes or sanitizer anywhere. I expected someone to tell me that they cleaned or sprayed or wiped off my steering wheel after service was completed, that didn���t happen. I inquired before I arrived about my recall notice. I was assured that the third card I received about fixing a brake problem had already been taken care of. I���m still shaking my head, feeling unsafe because when I received the card, I called and service person on phone said it was attached to my last recall appointment, needed more adjustment and I would need an apt. Pandemic hit, I finally was able to bring in the Tahoe but the service desk was RUDE. Would not listen or show me my history proving it was fixed. I never made that apt because of world events. I���m SO disappointed and nervous!
Our salesperson Sysee was approachable and low pressure, yet knowledgeable and efficient. She created a pleasant buying experience. Without her, we may have shopped around more, but since we felt so comfortable with her we chose to purchase from this dealership.
