We had ordered and prepaid for a replacement trunk latch on my 2005 Malibu in June of 2019 but never received word that the part had been received. Finally, in November of 2020, I called CSA and asked them about it and was told the part was on the shelf and I could come in the next day to have it installed. We took the car into the shop. The part could not be found. The service manager was at the doctor's but he said that he had had the mechanics put their hands on it the same day I called. Finally the part was found and installed. Overall the service department is great. They're just a little disconnected sometimes.
