Confirmed Service Customer
The website does not allow you to make reservations for car service. I called the number listed and the line was busy, so I left a message. No one returned my call. I sent an email. No one responded to my email. I stayed on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to answer. I was finally able to speak with someone who told me there are no reservations for the Saturdays and first come first serve. The website should provide that information.
