While I’m happy with the outcome, I’m not too happy about how we got there. Although I figured I would need a new engine (on a vehicle I had under a year) I was not called after my vehicle was diagnosed and before new engine was put in. I dropped my truck off and three weeks later I get a call it’s ready. Nothing in between. I was told not even to call for three weeks because they were so backed up. Don’t get me wrong the guys are great, but a new engine is huge without notice.
