Confirmed Service Customer
Very displeased with the quality/concern of my vehicle. Very concerned I bought a lemon. This visit was the 7th visit for a recall and 3rd time to deal with same issue for ACS and Service 4WD annunciations. Also, not impressed with Chevy of South Anchorage listing a phone number on the website and ALL service department lead business cards that is essentially ignored; numerous phone messages have never been answered. When I asked the service department about the phone number, I was told the phone is NEVER checked so they recommend only using the direct number for each specific service person. This fact goes against any logic for posting a bogus number for your customers. As Chevy of Anchorage and Alaska Sales and Service (which also provides horrible service) are the only options in town, I have few locations to choice from to take my business elsewhere.
