It was very discourteous, rude, and unprofessional. You probably receive numerous complaints already, so this sounds like I'm just piling on. I get the impression that you value your customers at the beginning of a vehicle’s life cycle, but not so much over time. That’s natural I guess, but I naively thought Chevy of South Anchorage cared more than just the money they can gain. I was wrong. You had my business for fifteen years, but now it ends. Goodbye.

Service department was awesome! Responsive, communicative, and honest. Too bad GM can’t figure out the emissions system on a diesel (failed 5x in 3 years) and is forcing customers to pay for labor while under warranty.

The service department has been incredible!! To the point that I would even say that if it wasn’t for south anchorage (SA) Chevrolet’s service department, I wouldn’t own a Chevrolet vehicle right now. My 3500 has been nothing but a pain and unreliable. Yet, the SA service guys have been nothing but respectful, understanding, honest, and worked with me through multiple DEF system failures, done their best to get the parts coming quickly, advocated with corporate for me, and been communicative through each of the many repair ordeals. I will genuinely miss being able to work with that group after I get a competitors brand of truck!

Service was great. It took longer than anticipated but it wasn’t the service department’s fault. The MyChevrolet app does not communicate with the service department’s computers. When I arrived for my oil change “appointment,” I was told that oil changes are first come first serve. I was confused because I scheduled my appointment on the Chevy app, got an email saying it was confirmed, and it notified me morning of the appointment. There should be a disclaimer on the app that services are first come first serve and the appointment scheduling doesn’t mean anything at all.
