Went in for a software update on the 12 of November and then oil change a couple days later. The software update took a couple of hours but there is a nice waiting room. The oil change took about an hour or so but again a nice waiting room. Helpful staff. They are very busy and I am sure trying to find more help. Just gotta be patient and give them time. I did make on online appointmen for the software update. I got there a half hour early and was in right on time.
