Confirmed Service Customer
I have been dealing with the service department for almost 4 months. Each time me car is returned to me there is a new problem with it. My car is a 2021 and there is no reason why I should be getting it returned to me first, with no oil and second with a detached coolant hose. Its taken your service center 4 months to repair a sensor, then an oil pan gasket, and now a coolant leak, when the initial check engine light was for a coolant thermostat. THIS IS YOUR VEHICLE. If you dont know how to repair them please take the car to someone that does. I have never experienced ANYTHING like this. I will never be bringing my vehicle back to this dealership nor will I ever purchase another vehicle from here. And I will be telling every person I can to never purchase or step foot in Chevrolet of South Anchorage EVER. Its pretty bad when the GM roadside assistance people tell you to get a new dealership. Ive made thousands in car payments for a car that I cannot drive.
