I am the type to just hate dealership experiences. The who process just feels slimy and shady. Over all you guys did well but I just want to buy a car and get the hell out and not waste my whole day. Kenai made the process a bit quicker than normal. He did really well

As long as the problem is mechanical they can fix it, but they can not seem to be able to find electrical problems and fix them

Took about 1 month to do an easy fix. Which I could have done it myself if my vehicle was not on the warranty. I had to pay my friend to loan me his vehicle because I needed to go to work that the dealership should have pay for it. On top of that, I was expecting my first baby that I was in need of a vehicle. On the day of the delivery I had to pay out of my pocket to Uber to go to the hospital. My sales associate Sycee was no help at all. She didn’t offer me a loaner. First, instead of helping me resolve my problem about my easy fix vehicle she want me to sign a new lease which I was not interested at all. Secondly, when I asked for a loaner she quoted “we don’t do loaners at all.” Lastly, she lied to me about they don’t do loaners because, when I asked the sales manager about it he quoted “yes we do loaners but we don’t have any loaners at moment”. It was odd because there was vehicles at their lot. In addition my service advisor Edgar Corona was no help at all. First of when I dropped off my vehicle he quoted “it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to get it done. 3 weeks is the max if you really need it to get it done take it to swickward to see if they could do it right away or you could go to a shop it’s an easy fix but it will ONLY cost you $200”. Secondly, he did not update me with my vehicle at all. I had to keep calling them for updates about my vehicle. Lastly, when I went to pick up my vehicle it was covered with bird poop. Before I dropped off my vehicle to them my car did not have any bird poop at all. They didn’t even clean the bird poop at all. This just shows me that they don’t value customer care service and it makes me not to do any business with them. Overall my experience with Chevrolet of South Anchorage is -10 being the WORST DEALERSHIP that I have been to and I would NOT recommend this dealership.

The Sales representative Christopher Daw was an extraordinary agent; he dedicated his time to explain me every detail during the purchase process and demonstrated extraordinary Attention to detail with the follow up to my questions and coordinate my appointments for installation of the accessories requested with the purchase. The new oil change line up is great- no jockeying for position with multiple car lanes and a rush to the service counter. Just get in line and we were all done in order - no fuss at all

I went through the express line for an oil change. The one guy working the express lane had a lot going on and needed help. If I wasn’t watching I don’t know when they would have told me the truck was done. Then I waited in line for 20 min just to get my keys. Also scheduling an appointment online wasn’t working.
