Salesman was great to work with. I am not happy that I had to trade in my three year old truck that was still under warranty because I could nut get it in the shop for needed service. GM should address the issue of too few service technicians to deal with warranty work. As a long time GM owner I will have to consider an alternative in the future unless I am assured the problem has been rectified.

Appreciate them getting diesel truck in sooner than expected and got my vehicle back to me in a reasonable timeframe for having work on emissions issues. Oil and fuel filter were changed and life cycle not reset afterwards. Not sure if it related, but I have seen a significant reduction in my fuel mileage since it was worked on (10-12 mpg) before I was closer to 18 mpg.

I will not return to this dealership. My truck was in the shop for 4 months! During the winter when I needed the 4wheel drive most for safety driving on the highway. I was told when I dropped my truck off that they were “a little behind” to me that is a week or two, not 4 months. The truck was diagnosed fairly quickly which would normally be good, however because my truck was under warranty I would not be able to take it to another location to be fixed (which I wanted to do after about 1 month of waiting) without risk of voiding the warranty. Essentially my truck was stuck there. The communication was also poor, the dealership text me and said I could use that form for communicating through their official text, I received one response on average to every 3 times I messaged them. I also would be on hold for about 20 minutes every time I called. My warranty covered most of the work, however bc the dealership took more hours than the warranty allotted for the work, I still had a large bill at the end. The only redeeming quality is that I received a roughly $300 discount for it taking so long, total bill was $1500. ANOTHER reason I won’t be returning js because I had this dealership do a 200+ point inspection and examine the transmission before purchasing the truck, they did not catch the ~$10,000 issues that they ended up having to fix. I will not work with this dealership again.

Harness wires broke in my driver's door. When I brought it in, Edgar went back to check with his tech and see if they could get it looked at right away. He had it in and diagnostic done and fixed within a few days. Edgar was great to work with he kept me informed, answered all of my questions. For service I will definitely come back and see Edgar.
