You may need more employees to run your service department. I don���t use much your service department because I don���t need the my truck that much. However, if I would come regularly service I hope you can speed up your service to check in progress.

I brought my 2020 Sierra in for an oil change and to get a serpentine belt and idler pulley replaced. I had noticed squeaking coming from the belt/pulley and the belt was frayed so I wanted them changed. I was told there would be a $250 diagnostic fee (which was surprising because I was just asking for the belt and pulley to be replaced) and would be contacted before any work would be done. I reluctantly agreed. Later that day I got a call saying that the noise was probably the water pump and that it���s replacement would be covered by the power train warranty but that the truck would need to stay at the dealership for a couple weeks before the mechanics could get to it. I seriously doubted the water pump was a problem and asked for only the oil change to be done. I was told that it might not be a good idea to drive the truck because if the water pump fails that could cause damage, etc. I picked up the truck after the oil was changed, went to NAPA and got the belt and pulley, installed them myself, and the noise was solved. Water pump is fine. This all seemed like an attempt to do unnecessary warranty work which would have cost me a couple weeks without my truck and would have cost GM quite a bit of money.

First, i drove into express lane line by mistake. Once I find out I ask first desk I offer to drive back to the regulate line, he said just wait for the service Advisor. he was very polite. took only few lours to take care of my service. Our car has needed to be fixed for months now. We have brought it in three times and all we get is they can���t help unless the light comes back on. Our heat is going out. The light come on and off. We had our oil changed but the oil pan or something had a crack lost all the oil almost seized our engine. The parts department or the mechanics department will not take appointments any longer. It���s first come first serve but if it���s something major, you have to leave your car we are we only have one car they will not work with us. There���s no replacement a rental car for us to get, it���s just been. The whole situation has been a horrible horrible experience. We probably will not shop with the Chevrolet any longer. We do buy. We bought a lot of vehicles through this company but at this point with the experience we���ve had we will not come back.

We started with a phone call inquiring about a car we liked. From there we met a sales man named Steve, and he gave us the best customer service we could have asked for. From there, as we were thinking and talking about possibly making a purchase. We were given time to discuss these matters as a couple without any interruptions, manipulation, stress, or complicated jargon from the sales floor. Steve left his office to allow us time to debrief this important decision of purchase and came back to revisit our discussion in a timely manner. We felt respected and encouraged to ���take our time������and that he was willing to walk/ talk us through any questions we may have had. After deciding to make our purchase, we felt that all of the other parts of the deal from the banks, insurance, and closing sale were very professional and truly cared about our experience. We were thankful to buy from a great team after having some hesitation due to a few of our last experiences that were less than par. This is has been one of the best purchases we have ever made and plan on using them again in the future. Thanks to everyone who made our experience so great!
