I took my car in for an oil change and waited at the dealership for it to be completed. I noticed at one point that my car was sitting outside and not in the bay where I had dropped it off. Hmmm...I figured it had been checked in for service and was still waiting. A half an hour later, I noticed the car hadn't moved. Another 20 minutes or so goes by before the mechanic brought me my paperwork and keys along with three or four other customers' items. My car had been finished all the time I was seeing it outside. Why did it take 45-60 minutes before I was brought my keys? Why didn't they text me my car was done? They texted me to let me know who my mechanic was, but not when my car was done. It's a good thing I didn't have to go to work that day.
