Lack of communication from the service team. Lack of knowledge about the extended warranty that was sold to me when I purchased the vehicle had to tell your service team member how to do his job and what to say to the extended warranty company so they can cover the repairs. It’s been several weeks and the car has been sitting in the back lot because the service provider has a told the customer that he never had the number to the warranty company but it’s doing with a car with a warranty
