Confirmed Service Customer
Took about 1 month to do an easy fix. Which I could have done it myself if my vehicle was not on the warranty. I had to pay my friend to loan me his vehicle because I needed to go to work that the dealership should have pay for it. On top of that, I was expecting my first baby that I was in need of a vehicle. On the day of the delivery I had to pay out of my pocket to Uber to go to the hospital. My sales associate Sycee was no help at all. She didn’t offer me a loaner. First, instead of helping me resolve my problem about my easy fix vehicle she want me to sign a new lease which I was not interested at all. Secondly, when I asked for a loaner she quoted “we don’t do loaners at all.” Lastly, she lied to me about they don’t do loaners because, when I asked the sales manager about it he quoted “yes we do loaners but we don’t have any loaners at moment”. It was odd because there was vehicles at their lot. In addition my service advisor Edgar Corona was no help at all. First of when I dropped off my vehicle he quoted “it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to get it done. 3 weeks is the max if you really need it to get it done take it to swickward to see if they could do it right away or you could go to a shop it’s an easy fix but it will ONLY cost you $200”. Secondly, he did not update me with my vehicle at all. I had to keep calling them for updates about my vehicle. Lastly, when I went to pick up my vehicle it was covered with bird poop. Before I dropped off my vehicle to them my car did not have any bird poop at all. They didn’t even clean the bird poop at all. This just shows me that they don’t value customer care service and it makes me not to do any business with them. Overall my experience with Chevrolet of South Anchorage is -10 being the WORST DEALERSHIP that I have been to and I would NOT recommend this dealership.
