Confirmed Service Customer
Customer service is lacking. Dropped off with appointment and it still took a week for them to even look at my vehicle. Only completed part of the work. Had the truck for two weeks and had to drop off again. They were to supply a shuttle to and from the airport. On the return, 6 calls to service department, and a total of 1.2 hours of being on hold. Ended up calling the sales department and have them run over to service department to get a ride. Gave up on SAC and took a cab. The truck again has been sitting at the dealership for a week and no word or update on if they have found a problem or have even looked at the truck.
