To be honest, it took three phone calls with no answer… Calling back again leaving messages… Not able to get through to the service department at all. So after total frustration, I went to the dealer and talked to Mike and oil change, and he got me right in and took care of my service as well as got my recall taken care of which was my primary concern that I was calling about Mike is a great employee, and he was able to change my mind about the service I’ve been challenged to receive.
