A Customer From ANCHORAGE, AK Gave a 5 Star Rating On Their 2023 Chevrolet Equinox Sales Experience

Dear Sir, Working with Coley Diaz while purchasing a new vehicle from South Anchorage Chevrolet was a privilege. Instead of attempting to sell us a car, she asked a few meaningful questions and listened. After noting we desired to trade our 2018 Buick Encore for a white 2023 Chevy Equinox with a sunroof, she softly said, “I will be with you until you drive your new car off our lot.” Two days later, we got a call from Coley telling us the dealership had received our new car and it would be ready for pickup at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2023. On arriving at the dealership, we were surprised to see she had: (1) completed the preliminary steps for the paperwork, (2) parked our car at the front door of the dealership, and (3) made sure the tank was filled with gas. Coley demonstrated excellent customer service by going online and walking us through the electronic forms so we could qualify for a military discount. She also worked with my husband to get us a reasonable trade-in allowance for our 2018 Buick Encore. Before saying goodbye, Coley walked us to our car and demonstrated some of its electronic features. To say the least, working with Coley was an enjoyable experience!
