Service was great. It took longer than anticipated but it wasn’t the service department’s fault. The MyChevrolet app does not communicate with the service department’s computers. When I arrived for my oil change “appointment,” I was told that oil changes are first come first serve. I was confused because I scheduled my appointment on the Chevy app, got an email saying it was confirmed, and it notified me morning of the appointment. There should be a disclaimer on the app that services are first come first serve and the appointment scheduling doesn’t mean anything at all.
