Confirmed Sales Customer
Overall this was a very frustrating, almost 7 hour ordeal. We came in with a preapproval in hand and identified the truck we wanted immediately. Getting the final numbers determined was incredibly frustrating and took multiple salespeople back and forth between us and "the main money guy" in the back until we were aligned. Two different salespeople could not explain how the main guy came up with his numbers. Once we finally were on the same page, they came back and said our bank approved us for everything except $900. Upon calling my bank (CU1) they said that was incorrect, that Chevy had sent over an incorrect amount and they approved the entire amount Chevy had sent - so Chevy had to send another (corrected) amount. The salespeople were polite and kind, but no one really seemed to have a full understanding about how the paperwork, the numbers and the overall process worked. Very frustrating and time consuming for us. Happy with the truck; but thankful we don't have to buy another vehicle again anytime soon.
