Brought my vehicle to Chevy on a Sunday for first come, First serve basis. Never heard of this type of arrangement at a repair shop before. The vehicle did not make it to examination until Tuesday. Finally got the vehicle looked at by a technician and eventually back by Friday at closing time. The work was excellent and I appreciate that extra work was performed, with my permission, while the engine was apart. I have since learned that Chevy, like other dealerships, have lost technicians and can't move vehicles through the repair process quickly. This should be made absolutely clear to the consumer. I was fortunate because I am retired and we have 2 vehicles. All in all I am happy with Chevy but was left with a slightly bitter taste in my mouth.
