The service was very good, although I was stuck between a car in the check-in bay and two cars behind me whose owners had exited their vehicles. I couldn’t move to another available spot and had to wait for nearly 30 minutes before a service technician moved the car in the check-in bay. The possible lesson learned is to exit my vehicle and go inside and check in. At least it would alleviate some frustration of waiting in the cold. I tried to adhere to the sign about pulling forward and waiting for the service door to open.
