Shane told me it would take a couple weeks for my vehicle to get fixed. It only took a couple days because the parts were already at the dealership. I was very happy I was able to get my vehicle sooner than expected. Shane was very helpful and professional

I was told the recall check would be one hour. It was three hours and the "process" was to check my charging cord for a malfunction. Turns out the chord was not even checked because it was in a date of manufacture that was not suspect. This should not have taken that long to do this. Need better communication with corporate functions.

I ordered running boards on October 19 and they were not installed until December 27. I also got a bed liner sprayed in the truck during this service. During this two months I also ordered floor mats and a bed cover. These items took over 1.5 months to arrive. I had to call several times, once to find out the order had not been "completed" due to so function not being done by the dealership. I am very happy with the final results, but felt the process took much too long.

4. 5 hours wait for oil change. I arrived 20 minutes before the dealer open and waited to be helped for an hour then 3.5 more hours to complete oil change. Not sure why they don’t just take appts to eliminate long waits

I had been in the dealership to see a car that I saw online. When I got there I was told that the car had sold the day before. I went home and I got a call from Sysee Jokela saying that the car I wanted was available and she would have it warmed up so I could test drive it. I arrived within the hour and she said that it had sold that morning and she 'forgot' to call me. This was not the way to bait and switch a customer. It was, to say the least, a waste of my time. We bought a car that night but carefully considered going to another dealership. Brian Dorshkind was attentive and very helpful.
