Be assured you won’t pay for the same repair twice! If you paid for a repair and it fails within 3 years, or 50,000 miles, we‘ll fix it free of charge. That includes parts and labor.
IF IT BREAKS, WE FIX IT FOR FREE!
The dealership guarantees to the original retail purchaser of a paid service repair (the “Service Customer”) that it will repair or replace Eligible Parts (as defined below) that fail under normal use conditions within 3 years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase appearing on Service Customer’s repair order. Please, keep this guarantee and your repair order in your vehicle at all times.
The guarantee is good at any participating dealership owned and operated by Lithia Motors, Inc. We will repair or replace Eligible Parts with new or re-manufactured parts free of charge, including related labor. However, in the event that new or re-manufactured parts are not available, we revise the right to refund to Service Customer the original amount paid for the Eligible Parts and related labor.
The guarantee is not transferable and does not cover the following:
- Repairs the customer did not pay for.
- Failure due to negligence, alteration, misuse, accident or use for which the part or parts were not designed or approved by the part manufacturer.
- Part(s) repaired or replaced under any other applicable new or used vehicle warranty.
- Part(s) used in commercial or for-hire applications or use in racing or other competitions.
- Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of vehicle, towing charges, consequential damages or other economic loss.
- Damage due to lack of maintenance (use of wrong fluids, refrigerant, fuel, oil or lubricants).
- Incomplete repairs performed at the Service Customer’s request.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE ELIGIBLE PARTS. ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS DEPENDING ON THE STATE IN WHICH YOU LIVE.
Eligible Parts
New or re-manufactured part replaced at the dealership excluding: tires, brakes, filters, fluids, anti-freeze, refrigerant, wiper blades, spark plugs, light bulbs, manual clutch disc, DVD entertainment system, interior trim items, and glass.

Upon inspection, any tire meeting replacement criteria will be replaced immediately regardless of original selling store’s location.
- 1: LITHIA DEALERSHIP SERVICE CENTER WILL REPLACE ANY TIRE PURCHASED AT A PARTICIPATING DEALERSHIP THAT FAILS UNDER NORMAL DRIVING CONDITIONS within 24 months of the original purchase or until the tread depth reaches 4/32”..
- A: Customers will be reimbursed for tire replacement in the event of an emergency where they are unable to bring their vehicle to a Lithia Dealership Service Center for replacement. Customers must provide a receipt for the replacement as well as defective tires. Only the cost of the tire will be reimbursed, labor is not covered. No other costs or repairs will be paid.
- 2: Customers who purchase their tires at a participating Service Center will receive FREE LIFETIME TIRE ROTATION according to the manufacturer’s recommended intervals or every 5,000 miles, for as long as they own the vehicle.
- 3: Lithia Dealership Service Centers REPAIR FLAT TIRES FOR FREE, regardless of where and when the tire was purchased.
- A: Lithia Dealership Service Center will NOT repair “Run-Flat” type tires. If a Run-Flat tire requires a repair to resume proper operation; the tire MUST be replaced.
- 4: LITHIA REGISTERS TIRES ONLINE for customers who purchase tires from a Lithia dealership so that in the event of a recall the customer will be notified by the manufacturer.
