Potent Powertrain
Under the hood, the E-Ray has the same dynamic 6.2-liter DI V8 powerplant that powers the non-hybrid Stingray. The engine incorporates a dry sump oil system, variable valve timing, and active fuel management. Paired with an 8-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, the powertrain delivers 495 horsepower and 470 foot-pounds of torque with a 0-60 MPH time of only 2.5 seconds. With the electric motor, the system produces 644 total horsepower.
